Honestly, it depends on what interests you.
For me I had the most fun watching their The Donkey Kong Country streams. Though these girls are legitimately horrific at games, so be warned.
The Closing Shift and Zelda(series) were both fantastic as well. The Advent Collabs, specifically Pico Park, Gartic Phone, and Apex, were all incredibly entertaining.
All of their karaokes are worth checking out, too.

So you really can't go wrong with starting anywhere, they're honestly so much better than what any other member has put out content-wise at this point that you might even be amazed that you even thought the other EN girls were even "good" this whole time once you get more into their stuff.
