V, X, T and 30 are all fully translated officially with 30 being on PC worldwide. The 2 OG games for the GBA were also released worldwide but no anime robots just original units. Honestly play any of them and just learn what Japanese for the menus and spirits are and you can enjoy any of them. I first played W with barley translated menus and went straight to Z2 after that.
