-"They signed a contract and have to abide it." We wil never know exactly what is in the contract so all the audience can do is believe the words they are instructed to tell by their managers

-The contract includes humiliating practices like not receiving the Youtube play button, for your work as a youtube content creator

-Multiple accounts saying that the things written in contract are vague and policing literally depends on the mood of your manager.

-"Rules for thee, not for me". a.k.a. other niji EN breaking the contract, doing the same "offenses" and never being so visibly punished for it, unlike Yugo and Zaion.

"Spreading lies and false statements"
Which is more believable?
1. An ousted person describing what happened to them, with a small number of listeners.
2. Somebody who is paid by the company, known for being told what to say, with a gigantic number of people listening with vested interest.

In my opinion it is you who are Literally lying to your audience about certain things and instructing your streamers to lie.
I have receits, for some of the lies you say too, would be happy to share.

You know it's bad when the livers themselves have to run damage control for their employer who has them by the balls.

It's pretty worthless coming from one of the most biased people in this affair.
Even if he was honest he's hopelessly biased and has neither the wisdom nor the incentive to reflect on that.

There is no inherent problem with his statement except for the false dichotomy that he can either stream for Niji or that he cannot stream at all.

At first glance, it looks like a normal positive message to fans. But for some reason the way he narrated it seemed like there was a secret meaning behind it. Like a code. A secret code. Call for help. I do not know. Maybe I'm just overreacting.

Yeah exactly.

It's amazing that Mysta Rias had the moral compass to quit and not be like Luca.

Of course the sexpest has the most positive things to say about the company. Take away all of his whores and he'd be on the hate train.

Luca has always been the most obedient dog for Nijisanji. Remember when all of Luxiem said the AR live was canceled for "covid" except Luca who released an obedient panting-puppy statement. Luca will like Riku's shit-filled anus if it made him another dollar. The most pathetic human being on earth

To be fair both Nijisanji and Hololive likely have vague contract terms since that is a common Japanese method to keep their employees compliant. Myth had a group song about not obeying so many western employees don't like how they have almost no freedom with their Japanese corpo. Other people just put up with their employer and Luca is always willing to run damage control for Nijisanji.

freedom is relative, if the content you want to make aligns with the companies interests then you have all the freedom you could want, if it doesn't then you're gonna find yourself restricted a lot more often
