Aqua said she lost her motivation 2 years ago, still haven't recover it, don't expect anything from her anymore.

IF this is true, and I don't believe it is, they should really be transparent with viewers. Talents becoming staff seems like a possibility, so why not just tell viewers "I am now part of staff. I will still be around, and maybe stream occasionally, but there will be less content from me". I feel that viewers would like this, as it's a much better alternative to ghosting them or graduating entirely.
I've always thought Fubuki would be really great as part of Cover's management or PR team. If she decides to stop streaming, I hope she does this.

I was always under the impression that fubuki was brought on in the early days because of her obvious streaming experience and ability to be a tard wrangler. There have also be enough conversations about how she was doing way more behind the scenes than any of the other ‘talent’

There was blame from both sides.
Thanks to Nijisanji internal culture being mostly "every man for himself" and clique centric, anything that a niji liver thought was "theirs" was held sacrosanct. This is why there's never any pranks in the niji minecraft server, junior livers have thought they were getting bullied when they were pranked, so the general trend is to keep to oneself and just do your own thing.

Thanks to this atmosphere, when a new liver (Meiro) debuted with Roa's exact same speech pattern, it got her anxious as fuck. She thought that the new kid was trying to upstage her and take her niche + audience. So she reached out in private and asked her to not do that.

Suffice to say, Meiro turned out to be a bit of a menhera, and had a prior record of impersonating other people (Noel's rm comes to mind).
So it's 90:10 fault ratio between Meiro and Roa.

Aqua has had weirdly persistent antis on this board who really, really want to make her out to be the leader of the no-stream club. I'm guessing it's because she's Gura's oshi. Take note that all the targets of this shitposting, also, are always "cute" holos. I think this reflects something about the people shitposting them. Holos like AZKI and Suisei I'm assuming never get shitposted because they aren't the "cute" type that triggers this response. I suspect the majority of people making these posts may in fact be women enacting cute aggression.

I just don't get why Aqua is always included in these shitposts when her stream numbers are actually pretty good compared to the white haired cunnies and even other holos who don't get shitposted, she constantly posts on twitter, and she has a consistent output of new songs, mvs, and concerts. Like, just explain. The only connection I can see is that Gura and Shion like her.

I didn't even mean you specifically, I really meant this whole thread. None of us will ever actually know enough details to really be able to call a chuuba "lazy," even if they outright say it themselves- everything they say should be taken with a brick of salt.

/#/fucks will seemingly do anything to break containment on their thread to attempt to draw correlations between numbers and anything else when it means absolutely fucking nothing at the end of the day. We will never know what's going on behind the scenes or in the chuuba's daily life and trying to guess is pointless.

I just don't even get why stream frequencies are a big fucking deal. Nobody gives youtubers shit about upload rates, they just go "oh shit a new video from XYZ". Nobody gives actors shit for stage performance rates, they just go "oh shit a new XYZ thing". Hell, nobody even gives flesh streamers shit for not streaming frequently. Even other VTuber companies don't get this shit, like VSJ's Hime Hajime or rando NijiJPs. It's always Hololive, and it's always always Gura.
