I spent maybe 15 minutes researching just how deadly cannon fire is to get it accurate. I thought it would sink an enemy ship in an instant. Turns out the most it probably does is stop the enemy ship from moving, and killing whoever gets hit.
Regardless, part of why I like writing is I kinda learn new things in my attempt to make it "realistic" in whatever sense I can.

Honestly if you haven't ever given it a try then I'd recommend learning some basic dancing. I picked it up somewhat recently and a good dance practice session will still absolutely shred you even if you work out regularly- It's a very new experience to me. If you want a recommendation, I'd just focus on learning heel toe for now as it's a good test of coordination that requires a really food grasp on to even perform footwork at a basic level.
