It taste alright, but it's tough to chew, which makes sense because I wouldn't expect rabbit to be fatty and marbled like beef. 6/10 experience, probably wouldn't eat again unless slow cooked or stewed.

Around my area, you can only buy rabbit from the ethnic store, and even then, it's been sitting in the freezer for months since there's very little demand for it. I guess the people who like it are able to catch their own (rural) or they grew up only eating "normal" meat and don't care.

If you go to the beach now there's a bunch of signs telling you not to eat anything there. The other kids and I used play around in that water. The water itself is pretty tasteless but the bottom of the stream is a bunch of really slippery rocks.
