Two reasons. Firstly, Cover won't necessarily allow a third party model in his software, specially if it's not for one of their own talents. Secondly, using a third party software (like said VTube Studio) for their streams is not allowed as not only goes against their own contract, but it's against Vtube Studio's (and similar softwares) TOS for Corporation usage.
