I think AkioAir is a good example of how things can turn for the worst. They started off strong, no minors or retarded decisions, good merch, good talents, and suddenly slowly but surely talents stopped streaming, rumors came out of internal issues (change in management), a lack of support for their creative endeavors of talents (cost cutting), and now we learn that the CEO was a controlling and abusive asshole who used threats to get his way and suddenly it all clicked. The rrats became true, the warning signs were obvious to see in retrospect.

I am NOT saying that this is Pixel's fate or that fatcat is anything like Jason, but it can happen to any of the corpos /here/ and you should only be invested in the talent and their friends.
