The fact that she has no problems replying to Kirsh on Twitter while still refusing to apologise to her overseas fans should tell you everything you want to know about how she sees her fans.
There is never going to be an apology or a reconciliation. Her overseas fans are all holdovers from Rushia. They are not being replaced by new overseas fans because overseas fans are not going to watch a Japanese independents streamer. And the fans who have left and/or oshihen'd will never come back. She's ruined her reputation overseas and she hasn't taken a single step to fix it or to try to pull back any potential fans. After all, she's grown too accustomed to losing fans every month and she's never really tried to reconcile with them.

At a rough estimate, about 60% of her core overseas fanbase has gone.
Her viewing figures have dropped by about 30-40%, depending on the type of stream. Donations are down. All forms of membership are down. A somewhat significant amount of her Japanese fans left quietly, as they like to do.
No real reconciliation has occurred. There is a high possibility that she will continue to decline. Some fans are still "thrown out". Streaming frequency has dropped as she's busy with other things. I'd say, all in all, a 4/10. Maybe a 3 during her menhera days.

Probably best not to have a thread about her here until she actually apologizes to her kaigai fans for telling them to leave.
There has been some reconciliation but it isn't enough for most people. Best to let things cool off more for now. This was a good test run though.

The peaks I mentioned are all peaks that the website has taken after it has removed botting. Otherwise, I would be trying to claim that her guerilla Only Up stream was actually a 6000 viewer stream, which makes no sense.
That being said, streams like the Korone game stream, which is listed there as about 4000, is probably closer to 2800 if you look at the graph.

I suspect the ASMR and sponsor stream actually helped her recover a little bit, but there's not enough information from streams after those to make much of a judgement because she is barely streaming on YouTube at the moment.
Her big problem before the drama was that a rather decent amount of her fans are Hololive fans, so they stop watching her whenever a Holo streams. That's why you have a lot of streams where she starts with more viewers, but loses them even before Superchat reading.
Her most recent stream was basically a big annivesary celebration, 900000 subscribers, and it peaked at 2400. And I suspect that, since she hasn't really made amends since the issue, there are still a few more stragglers who will leave in the next few weeks. And that's not even counting in the possibility of her making more mistakes. A few fans might even leave since she replied to Kirsch today instead of blocking or unfollowing him like she should have
