It's not like it's an impossibility either, the vast majority of the Sakamichi girls and AKB girls and Momusu girls and Johnny's boys and LDH boys keep to the rules and don't date. Hell most of their companies don't even have dating ban rules but they understand the social expectation. Just recently Okada Nana of AKB48 got caught dating some actor guy and had the common decency to decide to graduate despite the company's official statement being that it's her business and they don't ban dating.
