I was never overweight, but I used to be pretty skinnyfat pre-covid and women were at times pretty openly disgusted with me. I didn't have anything else to do so from the beginning of 2020 to now I've lost a decent chunk of weight and am noticeably more muscular. It's probably pretty much purely down to three things in my opinion
>1. Over the extended period of time we interact, there are more chances for me to say some weird or creepy shit that weirds them out
