Gura got fired for skipping branch mandated rehab for alcohol dependency after showing up to her anniversary stream with a .25 BAC, passing out 5 minutes in. It would end sadly as she died from a withdrawal induced seizure, as hololive gives it as much attention as rushia's murder-suicide the year prior (only a PR statement).

Kiara permanently moved from austria after multiple incidents with stalkers and migrants, plus monthly riots in vienna and a war in hungary. She still does the same old same old, but with more focus on live 3D performances in both japan and LA. With gay marriage legalized in japan (micomet and noefure are both married) she married reine after a multitude of trips together and bonding over both being exiles from native lands. Reine moved from ID to EN after government purges in an increasingly hostile country, protecting her mother's status by pretending to be disowned. They own a nice apartment in tokyo in addition to a penthouse in austin and a beachfront property in florida. Reine still hasn't scored.

Ina probably did get close to graduation and it wasn't until this spring that she began talking about being in Hololive for many years. For most of 2022 she was acting like someone that was thinking of quitting. No one goes on a 10 minute lecture about not wanting to be a lewd vtuber if they are okay with having the skimpiest outfit in Hololive.

I don't see any of them actually announcing a graduation when they (and through them, Cover as well by selling merch and getting sponsorship deals) can just collect a paycheck and stream once in a while in return, appear in HoloFes and other 3D events, travel to Japan and have fun there, often together. Moreover, they can just do roommate stuff on the side if that's their passion or if they need the extra income for some reason. Burning bridges when the other party offers you payment to maintain it and cross it from time to time sounds really idiotic.
The only way I can see them calling it quits is if they want to have children and decide that they want to do so in private, not making their kids public personas.
