A) China says fuck it and invades taiwan, since they now have the lithography machines to compete with taiwan without needing to begrudgingly use TSMC semiconductors. This causes a world war as the US steps in to protect taiwan. No nuclear war but war economies and alliegances cause severe economic depressions/collapses.
B) A massive shit gets revealed in the amerifat government, which causes extreme distrust by the public, even the bootlickers. Tensions escalate and are financed by outside powers, tensions escalate close but not quite a civil war. This detonates a cascade economic crisis, as the dollar would tank and the worldwide economies are, for the most part, based on the dollar.
C) Social Justice issues get to a breaking point, dividing the western societies that have drank the Kool-Aid to open hostility. Factions form between those that don't want more of that or want stuff to stay the same vs those that desperately want to push harder into it, however wise it might be. This causes an open culture war in the US, and this quickly spreads to most americanized countries, barring some execeptions that can tank the issue (mainly japan and other highly conservative americanized nations).

Bolime (the male Lolime) is a male capipi who took the model when it first started and just streamed nonstop. You might remember him from when he got arrested going to Pippas billboard.

Kinolime (the female Lolime) is a German girl who offered to use the charater and stream for us because /fvr/ wasn't exactly happy Brolime had taken it. Timezones are an issue, so she mostly keeps to herself; they make it harder to collab with anyone, but almost all of the ones she does are great.

Also the two technically have slightly different designs (eyepatch on different eyes, a different outfit under each of their labcoats, and SLIGHTLY different hair) but the AI is finicky and hard to get right, so don't expect to see that often.

Well, it all depends on what the courts consider intellectual property. Since Phase hasn't actively used the FlaVR designs, the names of the chuubas, or anything of that sort after a year, you could argue in a court of law that Phase has renounced their rights to them. In that case, it doesn't matter whether the current FlaVR chuubas rebrand themselves, rename themselves, or whatever; they could keep earning money as they have done in the past (Sena, Minna, Brolime, Nyana, etc.). The question of money only really comes into question if the owner of the rights initiates a lawsuit, meaning Phase suing, say, Sena, and trying to take her earnings. It would be a shitty thing to do, and there is no indication that they have the intention of doing that, but I still think it's a possibility technically.
Personally, if I were a new streamer that wanted to use a FlaVR model, I wouldn't worry too much because as I said, Phase has been cool about this. As long as you don't harass people on Twitter (let us remember Tenma's tweet) they don't care what FlaVR does.
Also, it's very unlikely that any FlaVR member makes enough money that it would tempt Phase taking them to court. That would only happen in a parallel universe; imagine Pippa creating a new FlaVR chuuba, this chuuba debuting and skyrocketing past 100 K subscribers and making $100 K in donations in a couple of months, and being more successful than actual Phase talents... then probably any company would want to have a piece of that pie.

I think the larger issue is the fact that the designs are AI generated, which is a whole other copyright issue in itself. Either way, Pippa has publicly stated that the designs are free use multiple times, and since Fishman has declined to comment otherwise, theres grounds for them having made the designs public domain.

Her new model is incredible! I'm still surprised how much work went into it.
The best part of it is that Nyana seems to know how to use it very well; she feels very comfortable with all toggles and settings, as if she had been practicing for a month before debut. I've seen other people with their new models and they don't seem to know where the toggles are or how to activate them, as if they didn't have any input on the design, and they are just trying it for the first time on the debut.
I don't want to speculate how much money she paid for it, but given that her artist is a Japanese artist, it feels like a steal.
