Also it'd be good to focus on a niche if you want to substantially grow your channel as an upcoming indie, because the algorithm isn't very nice to 1-2views. The niche can be ranging from your kayfabe (ability to roleplay as your vtubing character), gaming ability, specific interests other vtubers don't take to making content out of as much, or literally anything else that people don't do as much. Being just a variety GFE streamer may not be enough, so look into practicing singing too, especially for karaoke.

Not sure how deep your menhera levels are, but people don't like drama. It's okay if it's kayfabe, but intentionally starting shit with anyone tires people out because most of them watch vtubers to get away from negative atmospheres. Also not sure if you're the suicidal type, but try not to burden your audience too much. Enough to discuss it calmly, but not to the point anyone watching would want to have you on suicidewatch. Basically be a little more chill or on meds at least.

At the end of the day, "personal attention" is going to be the core to any good GFE and would be the core of any sustainable GFE. This isn't just because "Lonely guys think girls who are nice to them are interested in them", it's actually just core to how people establish relationships, friendships, bonds of any kind.
And it doesn't just mean actually giving attention to a single person directly to them. It has to be vague, especially if you plan on getting big enough where you probably can't remember the names of all 200 of your viewers or what they've been up to recently. Part of really good GFE is tricking viewers into thinking they're getting attention when they're just a part of the swarm.
Give viewers ways to interact with you, sending in questions or maros, playing games with you, voting on things you do in games or what kind of streams you'll do. Act dumb and silly and get drunk sometimes so guys can act like they're watching over your when you're weak. ASMR or just soft talking streams work really well for this because it also creates an ambience of intimacy - just don't do it right away.

Also pace yourself. Both for your own sake and your viewers'. Give your long-time viewers fond memories to reminisce about and feel good about "being there" for when new viewers start joining the community. But let the new viewers also experience some of these "candid" moments.

Finally, and most importantly, don't get too obsessed yourself

You would be surprised at how many gachikois/unicorns you will get just by being nice, avoiding dudes and reading some super chats. There's some holoENs that have/had many of them despite not doing anything remotely GFE.
Also, i don't really don't want to doubt your motivation, but i think the very very few true pure GFE chuubas (that is, not doing only because of the easy access to ATM-kuns) only realize this is what they want to do after having some fandom for some months. Deciding this beforehand sounds a bit weird not gonna lie.
But in case, nearly all GFE chuubas do ASMR with some frequency as it's considered to be intimate and a special treat for your fans. Whether it's just generic ear cleaning ASMR style or something a bit more spicier is up to you, both can work very well. Karaoke streams with some more emotional songs also work too if you have to have a nice singing voice.
What you should know is that the good-ass ASMR that attracts people is both an art and a science and you can improve in both. Explore and experiment yourself with the audio equipment outside of streams, watch ASMR artists who do this in camera to learn how to, pay attention to the jp chuubas who do this (they have been grinding this shit for long and have a big community around so they're experts) and plagiarize their situation ideas and loose scripts, and so on...
Going more full in, some ideas:
- Do some streams that are date roleplays (which are basically improvisation with chat, they often have some comedy over trying to fit ridiculous replies or you putting them in less than ideal silly situations)
- Be more physical. What i mean by this is don't hesitate to express physical actions for them despite, you know, this not being possible.
My oshi does things like talk about wanting to hold our hand while playing an horror game, making sounds to express giving us hugs and kisses in the cheek, telling at the end of some streams about wanting to go take a bath together (this is a bit less weird in japan) or wanting to sleep together (literally sleeping while spooning, not the other meaning) despite not doing anything after the stream is over, but people love this because it plays to our fantasies.
- Try to be more open to your feelings, fears and worries on twitter spaces/twitcasts. But don't be the kind of menhera who keeps menheraing out on this 4 days per week.
- Express your love to your fans often for their support, how much they mean to you and wanting to spend more time with them. You can even act a tiny bit of jealous of them watching other chuubas even if you don't care that much, they eat that shit.
- Don't collab ever with dudes. You can be a normal female chuuba who collabs with them or a GFE one who don't, but trying to get both is trying to make your cake and eat it too, and many of your fans will get mad at you to change mid-way for this. They will probably just leave eventually if this more than a one time thing. Also, it's not that difficult to not do it, jesus.
What happens with many of this chuubas is that fundamentally don't understand the position of their gachis towards them and how they think streams are an opportunity to spend precious time between them and their surrogate girlfriend. It's fine if they bring their females friends but not so much if they bring some male co-worker to flirt with them.
There are chuubas that legitimate love being GFE due to the intense back and forth relation with the gachis and all the love and support, so try to enjoy it!

It's kind of complicated honestly. At 10 PM you're competing with all the other vtubers in america, including Hololive. That will filter some, but you also provide something they don't. Going for a less popular slot means less competition but also less potential audience. The normal EOP slots are either from like 10 AM (for euros and americans at work) or between 4 PM and midnight (for american primetime)
The only real advice I can give you is to pick a slot and stick to it. If you change it around too much people won't be able to make your streams a regular thing.

TLDR I joined a black company, one of my genmates was really rude and jealous of me. What GFE oriented streamers have you been watching OP? There is a lot of them out there to draw inspiration from.
I would suggest not leaning too, too hard into GFE at the start. I enjoy it quite a bit, but I'm also very conscious to it when it's obvious and the girl leans in way too hard - like Utada Zoey or Nene Amano. I think it's important to take elements of hard GFE and fuse it into an Amiya Aranha-like obviousness - where she's not explicitly GFE but her affection slowly burns in that direction. You would really make a name for yourself. Start with little things and grow the relationship with your audience naturally instead of just debuting and blurting out. "I'm your girlfriend/wife!" right off the bat.
Also govern your chat with an iron fist. You personally for as long as you can. Keep third party jannies out. When people show up and can't read the room, nuke them out of existence. Chat hates these types, so if you personally intervene to cut the cancer out before it metastasizes, your audience will eat it up. It shows that you give a fuck about the community you're fostering.

Personally I would advise against discord for much the same reasons. For discord you'll need separate mods and there's a part of the community who will not be there. Discord has a tendency to form cliques and will unavoidably alienate the rest of the community to a certain degree, especially if you start referring to interactions there on-stream.
There are advantages to discord too of course, but IMO it's something to think about.

I've streamed before on an art streaming platform, but none of the VODs are saved so there's no evidence. I can stream long hours and I've done 24 hour streams before (with sleeping in between).
