This is absurd, there is no way you name your corpo "Project Kavvaii" unless you are intentionally trying to trick people into thinking it's the same thing as "Production Kawaii." There are so many names you could choose and you pick a name like that. You even spell it "Kavvaii" so you can be like "See it's not Kawaii, you can't sue me."
