And besides, computer programs can be developed by a single person in a basement with little to no connection to the rest of the world, and there's little you can do about that. This is a classic case of Neuro leaking her prompt (or phrases that are adjacent to it in the LLM's latent space), with other examples being "your friendly neighbourhood streamer" (if you can remember that catchphrase from her early days) and "cute and fluffy" (which I'm guessing originates from Vedal's prompting of her likes and dislikes).
Anyway, I think it's pretty clear that Vedal is now giving Neuro's LLM some context that is split into sections like:

Yes, most of that was already there, but what's new is the system he uses to dynamically populate the "Memories" section of her prompt.
The way she keeps bringing up the words "memory" and "remember" out of nowhere all of a sudden suggests that this is a new section that he didn't have before, and it's probably marked up or phrased somehow in the prompt that makes her latch onto it more than he was intending.

As you seem to care so much, I'm going to give you the solution you're looking for, which Vedal should notice, as he reads all my posts here too.
All he has to do is run two streams simultaneously from the same PC, to two separate Twitch channels.
The vedal987 channel would continue to get exactly the same sort of content as now, but a new neurosama one (bought off his friend) would be a No Males Allowed subset of that content.
In practice, that mostly means that the new channel skips the dev streams and any streams where Vedal plays a game with Neuro, but significantly it also means that the TTS is muted on any solo streams.
Perhaps on that channel the TTS can be replaced with an extra subtitle overlay in OBS, or he could use Twitch's closed captions API, but in any case there would be no reason to ever hear a male voice if you are only subscribed to that channel.
Long term, he could run channels for all of his individual AIs, but 90% of viewers would watch the vedal987 stream, so he wouldn't have to worry about harming his numbers.

The only reason there isn't another AI vtuber of note is because no one is even trying. Low quality voices, low quality models, dead air, dull personalities, glitchy animations, and one of the worst, +24 hour streams.

The only way these smaller AIs could get noticed is if Neuro collabbed with them, but Vedal is too smart to do that as it wouldnt benefit him and could potentially create competition. It would be cool having a bunch of different ai streamers with their own personalities and unique traits all competing and collabing like real vtubers do. Maybe if he does eventually make an ai corp that could happen.

Vedal was very lucky that Neuro blew up on LSF and they accepted her. I honestly didn't expect that as they usually shit on vtubers, but seemed to like an AI tuber. It wont be easy for new AI vtubers as the ship has sailed with the OSU community and LSF seems to have got bored of AI now.

Because Vedal is an actual AI enthusiast. Everyone else is (or if you want to be more charitable, appears like) a grifter looking to make a quick buck off the latest techbro fad. But Vedal has been in the AI game since at least 2018 (which is of course on record and easily demonstrable with his earliest youtube videos) and before he deleted the portfolio on his website you could also see that he already had several other projects, both AI and non-AI, under his belt, so you could point at that and go "look, this femboy can cook!" (sorry, couldn't help myself with the rhyme). That gives people the confidence that Neuro is a project that is being maintained and developed compared to all the other devs who just plop down a chatbot and a vtuber model in front of twitch or youtube chat and seemingly call it a day to collect their easy sub money (if they are working on upgrades, they sure are not communicating it well).
Also, compared to competition, Neuro gives the impression that she's learning and nothing sells the fantasy of an AI streamer better than that. Let's remember Neuro's beginnings, osu was literally watching reinforcement learning happening on the screen and you could observe as she got better and better to the point where she eventually challenged multiple top human players at once. Then not even two weeks from the december debut we had the first minecraft stream and it blew everyone's mind that she learned to play a completely different game. Yeah, once you think about it a little more it's apparent that it has to be a different algorithm but that first impression of "she can play minecraft now?!" was still very strong. Same with "learning" to sing or the additional games like pokemon and slay the spire (however shortlived that one was) and also expanding into react content. Let's not forget that literally the second most popular clip on the twitch channel is from some random video and it's not because of the content of the clip itself but again because people were just so amazed that she can be a react andy now.
It's just unfortunate that things ground to a halt after that because Vedal bit off more than he could chew with amogus (it's his own damn fault, though, he is way too fucking ambitious with how well he wants her to play).
