Remember to use, and incorporate song into your streams. Songs help people communicate through language, and by using song in your shows you're helping viewers.
I think it would be best if you used original songs relevant to your content, so practice song writing, so that you can write fun songs to sing to your viewers.
There's a whole chapter of history where bards had nothing, but a simple drum, or flute, and their vocals, so don't get too hung up on the intricacies to music.
You're average human isn't programmed to only enjoy progressive metal. Have some fun getting primitive with music, and song. If you have anything you think your viewers should know try communicating those ideas to your viewers with the power of music, and song.
There's plenty of vtubers who can sing cover kareoke, but wouldn't you rather make something tailor made for your audience instead of tailor making your audience to fit someone elses songs, and ideas?

Speech, and public speaking is not difficult for only ESL people.
Try taking a class on public speaking at your local community college. There is not time to teach you all there is to be known on public speaking, andgrade your efforts in the thread. If you don't have time for college try a different hobby. Vtubing is for people who have time to just throw away playing video games, and talking to gulpingcoom444 for hours at a time while streaming live on twitch.
You'll find plenty of opportunities to use your skills you learn in a class for public speaking. Not only on twitch as a vtuber, but in many applications, so I highly advise it to you if you really are seeking advice on your situation.
Also you may want to build a small recording booth in your room, so that your talking doesn't distract anyone if your walls are paper thin. I've seen recording studtios that are semi noise cancelling made of styrofoam, so you really don't have to break the bank to increase the recording quality of your stream by building an actual recording studio instead of just streaming in your bedroom. Don't get heat stroke though.

Gen 5 is what's going to make this place credible. Look at how well rounded this gen is based on those names you mentioned.

Layla is extremely cute and positive and will appeal to the moefags who want to fawn over cgdct. She's seiso and is interested in singing so there might also be an idol element to her also. She'll benefit from her ability to build positive connections with people.

Camui is a gamer with good talking ability and lots of clippability and will appeal to the Jerma crowd who want someone who's high energy and comedic. He'll benefit from his ability to be a clip factory once the algo picks him up.

Iriya is a somewhat deranged ASMR creator who seems to know what girls want to hear. He'll appeal to fujos and girls that want to be bullied. He'll benefit from his good voice and competancy in writing scenarios.

Too soon to call anything on the wizard, but just based on these three names you have something for everyone. Toss Rura in the mix for the mentally glued together element and you've got a really strong gen right there. Layla needs to create more, Camui needs to stop trying to own the crabs, Iriya needs to stop creating cognotive dissonance with his Twitter posts and get a model already. Since /asp/'s rep crushed all opposition to take the title at the first event, the thread gets a say in how the title gets defended. It makes no sense to include them in Gen 5.
I would say starting from July and onwards they should be considered Gen 5, which would include Momomo.
