With the new Niji Krisis warriors fully trained ALL THREE made an appearance in today's raspberry with Wilson (?) and the crow dude making a token effort but failing to raspberry beat 800 and , with the Latinx girls squad made of Reimu and Scarle failing to do any better than 700, the final battle was a TAG TEAM fight between Team Holostars (with Hakka and Flayon) and Team Niji (with the Bandage dude and the Niji KING).
From the start the battle was balanced with Aster casting a minor raspberry debuff (Henry Stickmin) to allow for the bandage dude to get a taste of gold and Hakka was not powerful enough to stop him, both the niji King and him failing to do any raspberry better than 700.

Having a stream during every day primetime is like the BARE MINIMUM requirement of building a Box.
I'm glad things are improving but it's also sad that it took them 3 fucking years to get to the STARTING LINE.

Next step is better content as well as 1 on 1 --> group pipeline of interpersonal interaction.
Plenty of Holomem do 1 on 1 chatting streams with holos that they want to get to know better. These are usually off-collabs but considering EN's situation they'll have to do Discord versions of these.
This is the most fundamental yet underrated stream type in box building, and there are PLENTY of these streams spread out over multiple holo channels.
Then comes group collabs.
Two people with a set dynamic add another to their group, or another 2 person group.
Sometimes they can also start off as a 3 person group if their dynamic is good enough (as in the case of Startend).
This is where the box REALLY gets going. If you have 20 people, you have so many potential interactions and groups that every Holo will eventually filter into a few groups that fit their vibe. It's more difficult with just 15, since there's less chance of finding people you vibe with.

THEN, you start doing the group programs and BOX EVENTS.
Not just big stuff like the sports fes or summer fes, but planned programs like sister Marine, Oozora Police, Choco Bistro etc. which become insanely popular pipelines for tourists to get into the hobby since themed events basically feel like anime episodes.
They used to do more of these when there was ONLY MYTH which is the surprising part. Ideas like Shark Tank, or Mythbreakers, or those Ame 3D programs were all events that sell the cohesion of the group and in general don't require must investment to watch.
Naturally since there's fewer people in EN, they haven't had as many ideas to do these type of planned streams yet, but they will need to start working towards this goal pretty soon. Advent's debut buff has pretty much run out and ReGloss has replaced them in the "newness" scale, so it's time to start figuring out collab groups, 1-on-1 grous and generally trying to build up an EN Box.

Despite the shit they get, Nerissa and Kiara are off to a decent start in that front, but Bijou has been taken by Kaela.
Fuwamoco are leaning towards JP Holos and Shiori feels like an island.
With all the options available to them I can see why they're just going off and doing their own thing, but they have to remember that their debut is simply putting bandages over a cracked pot.

Either way, I feel like the unity within EN is already improving compared to before, so I’m content with the progress we’ve made so far. I do think that Bijou is doing her part in building out to find groups. Yeah, she got got by Kaela quickly, but that isn't a pure detriment to building EN relations. I have a theory that for the foreseeable future, new generations of HoloEN will be better than the previous, but that none of them will ever reach Myth in the minds of casuals and normalfags. The box itself helps keep up spirits, and Myth had to spend a whole year pretending to really care and really be excited to hang out with what are just cordial acquaintances at the end of the day. Advent brings HoloEN up to 15, which I’m suspecting is the minimum critical mass for interpersonal relationships to not matter so much—in that even just not being literal friends can ruin the unity when it’s just five if they’re awkward enough, but with fifteen it’s fine if some of them don’t talk much to each other and have collab partners they prefer over others.
Basically, I think Myth had to go through a bunch of shit, and Council somewhat too. That, and the retards that made up EN management before Jap came in. Advent gets a much better support network, and they did their reps more on average, opening up more JP collabs.

Advent is what’s making me give the others a chance again, because I’ll watch a stream by Myth and Council that features an Advent girl. And realizing that Mumei’s drawing streams are featuring Advent girls calling in for the next few streams made me pay enough attention for Mumei’s streams to show up on my front page again.
Things are looking up. Advent is holding down the fort, and I don’t think they’ll be nearly as ridiculous with these projects once their time comes. That said, some members of Myth and Council are burned out/stopped giving a fuck beyond repair. Not taking two years to debut EN4 would really help patch up those holes and secure HoloEN’s appeal. So I hope they don’t fucking do that again.

Fauna doesn't even care about streaming anymore, Kronii never did. IRyS streamed for 8 months and then needed to visit her doctor every day or 'record' or some other excuse. Mumei always seem to want to go ham and stream for 8 hours but she might be the only one with actual health problems that prevent her from doing so. Bae seems to be burning out as the only one with a consistent schedule.
