For people like us who can only see the end product, it looks like its just pumping out one or two designs per year, but theres definitely more work behind the scenes. Mio's papa ,for example, help her create merch, and we know from Ina that Kuroboshi has to create at least 2-3 designs and let the vtuber choose which one. Paired with her priestess duty you know for sure she has no more time nor capacity to take on more responsibilities than she already has.

I honestly detest people who assume shit with surface level knowledge.

Honestly seeing some of her professional design work, I'm not totally impressed. It'd probably be ok for a vtuber character, but nothing amazing.
