Morning everyone,Nature anon here. More of Wednesday's intakes this time a family of Calico Tempus Inus. I'll space out each of them to make reading a bit easier

First up is Mama,Her name is Aurora. It is unknown if these pups are really hers or if she adopted them after loosing her pups. She was feeding them when they were first found them so she had pups at some point. She is friendly though very protective of the pups.

Next is Hakka Inu pup. Her name is Mira.She is the bravest of the pups always wanting to explore and play with the other animals.

Next up the Bettel inu pup. Her name is Alice. Alice is the same age as the other 3 but she is a runt causing her small size. She is very nervous around bigger animals she just met but is starting to warm up to everyone here. I think Bruno may have adopted her as she is with her almost as much as Aurora and since Shinri variants are known to adopt other tempanimals it is not a surprise.

Lastly is Marie the Flay inu. Marie mostly goes where Mira goes they seem to have bonded. Marie is protective of Mira and will growl at us when we try to pick Mira up. She seems to be very suspicious of us hopefully she warms up to us soon.

Their story. The were found wandering alone and Mira had a broken leg so they were taken to a tempanimal shelter a few towns over. After they were weened and Mira's leg healed they were adopted out only for them to become highly aggressive in their new homes. All of them wouldn't let their new owners touch them and tore up everything they could get a hold off,They were returned to the shelter and placed together the shelter not noticing the supposed behavior adopted them out again and once again they were returned for the same reason. the cycle kept happening until they had to be separated after a storm damaged the cage they were in. once apart the behavior everyone complained about started again and it was determined that they can't be separated. The issue not many people want to adopt 4 dogs at once. After months of trying to find them a home I went to the shelter to pick up another of Wednesday's intakes and agreed to take them as well as the shelter needed more room.

Greeting Nature anon here,Another of Wednesday's intakes. This is Blaze the Axbunn. Blaze was who I was going to get when I got Aurora,Mira,Alice,and Marie. Blaze's story is a case of someone buying a pet for their kid and not taking proper care of them. See Blaze was bought along side a female Buntare as a pet for the owners daughter. However the owner did not bother to either neuter Blaze or spay the Buntare well nature did what nature does and Blaze and the Buntare bred together unfortunately the Buntare was too young to safely have babies and passed away from complications.Instead of taking responsibility for their fuck up the owner blamed Blaze for their child being traumatized from the experience so they took him to the shelter to be put down luckily laws prevent tempanimals from being put down unless they are suffering or a threat to others. This made the old owner angry and he was deemed a threat to the animal so it was removed from his care. Axbunns can't live alone and since the shelter didn't have any tempbuns in their care so I was called to get him. Axbunns are very social and can live with with all tempbun species happily. Blaze is very loving and loves to do tricks he fits right in with with the other tempbuns at the sanctuary. We separate are buns by gender as some buns can't handle being neutered are spayed so keeping are buns separate ensure no accidental breedings occur.

It's hard to summarize but for starters the game doesn't have experience and relies on unblocking new abilities and stats by usage.
So there's multiple kinds of weapons, each with their own skills. But the game is also super nonlinear with different questlines and multiple main characters with their own campaign.
So it's very unique and most people suffer with their first experience because they try to play like a normal jrpg

It's hard to summarize as every SaGa game is pretty different, but generally they're games where the combat and progression mechanics have a high level of strategic complexity, with another layer of nontransparency adding to the difficulty in older games. Many of the games also have a battle rank system in place that discourages grinding as the game's difficulty increases the more you grind, so you have the be strategic about how you're levelling up. TLDR They're very strategically complex games in many ways that also often require you to do a lot of learning on the games progression/mechanics outside of playing the game themselves.
It's a rewarding experience, though, and the aforementioned high level of variability between playthroughs also makes each playthrough feel like a very personal experience, which is fun. The game also has had very good support from its creator over the years, and high-quality ports of the older games come out at a consistent rate with a lot of added content and increased QoL.

Models can 'feel' appropriately heavy but more often they are immovable or completely weightless even though neither should be the case, like barely any recoil or resistance from environment/shooting

At least it's not required to hit the ship. It's really just useful for hitting engines with EM weapons. Starfield has the same issue I had with CP2077, it should have just been a sandbox without a story. It's funny how I cared and loved Rusty from ACVI so much more then any of the characters despite the fact he has as many total lines as one character's single dialogue path for a single interaction in Starfield.
