Where do you think most people watching came from, one look at vrabi stats disproves that? In fact, no matter what vid you check, there's more people watching that are subbed to girls and not to JPstars. Anyway, it doesn't matter, people watch what they want but it's just that there's not that many new people coming in to watch vtubers and the ones that watch let's say Kobo prob don't feel the need to switch of disregard what they're watching without a good reason. Well there are new people coming in, but there's so many vtubers and other streamers that it's all being diluted, at least it's less than it used to be during the boom in late 2019. If they want to get bigger then they have to get their name out there like doing cons, collabs with outsiders etc (but then you fags, and catalogmonkeys even more so, start crying). Internally, at least in the cover+niji sphere everyone is already aware of them and everyone interested is prob watching. If anything, bunch of people left when the initial tempus unity was shattered by Vesper menheraing out and also him being the most popular means that him not streaming will likely result in people not watching their second fav aka other guys (same happened with Gura not streaming and everyone collectively losing a bit of audience, at least that's how it looks to me, I may be wrong).

There's not much they can do, the guys have to organize collabs and more interesting events themselves. I partially take that back, since if I think about it, cover actually dose that stuff but only for JPs and not that often (minecraft where Kanata clowned out is a good example) The main thing cover can do is to secure more perms so that they guys can play more fun stuff and not just fotm garbo to get some tourists, but secure perms for older/less active/indie devs and/or publishers. There's tons of gold out there that they could play to attract new people. Another thing is sponsored collabs maybe, specially with gacha games. Laugh all you want, but one look at some /vg/ generals will tell you how they watch chuubas or are aware of them but don't bother giving them a try. Gacha nowadays attracts a lot of eyes, but it could be other stuff too. Basically they have to do more stuff with all kinds of people. Same applies to holos, they only lose their audience and SCs (due to barely anyone coming) over time. SC earnings since their debut reflect that especially well. Basically do what Axel does, but Axel isn't gaining much from it since he is always seen and presented as an EN vtuber then he does his outsider stuff with JPs during a different timeslot, in a language his initial audience doesn't speak and with people En viewers don't know jack shit about. So yeah, that kind of reaching out is more for himself personally. I don't care for numbers, I'd watch Axel even if he had 50 people watching, but I just wanted to share what I've obeserved since I stared watching these streamers 4 years ago.

Going after a female audience was a mistake. Their numbers were highest when they still has the "bro" image going on and it didn't filter woman either. After the "collab spam" with hololive (2 or 3 collabs which pissed off male fans that were willing to watch the boys otherwise but not if they were getting "cucked" I guess), suspension, japan arc, and then vanguard going more for the female audience in terms of aesthetics it was over from them. A lot of male fans gave up. Woman are a dead end market in vtubing. They're valuable in there own right and buy merch but pandering just to them ain't going to get you anywhere in the EN sphere. They can't even completely prop luxiem up as shown what happened once the chinese sisters left.

That being said, they can still maintain their status quo for the rest of the time they're allowed to exist and that's fine. Maybe not exciting but numbers aren't everything, especially if you can make a comfortable living and have fun still.

Same sentiments, can't help but think the only thing that can help kick them off in their own direction is hiring a holostars superfan or two into the branch (not just tempus but JP stars also), that aren't schizo or going to do the kiara thing where they fanboy too hard over a specific talent. He's story isn't too complicated he owner got too old to care for him and his Axshund brother but couldn't bare saying goodbye to them luckily we allow owners who surrender their pets to us out of necessity to visit them. It is a common issue with tempanimals do to their more human like faces and higher intelligence people get very attached making it even harder to part ways then with standard pets leading to neglect as a result. Our sanctuary realized this issue and offered a solution by acting as a housing facility for pets giving owners peace of mind that their beloved pet is safe,cared for,and can be gotten back if the situation improves. unlike other such facilities we don't charge for this service unless you become a frequent user of it without good reason as we are not a pet hotel.

Rito is just as old as his brother however you'd never guess it Rito act like a puppy running around and wanting to play with everyone. Poor Bruno can't keep up with this fellow.You'd have better luck winning the lottery then getting this dog to stay still. Luckily for Rito the sanctuary is huge so he has all the space his little heart desires and we regularly get school visits so he will get to play with so many kids.Everyone here already adores him we are thinking of training him to be a therapy animal that way he can visit his old owner at the retirement home regularly we think he'd do well given his friendliness.
