(You) didn't ask but I'll just give my thoughts on /mythic/ because you're at least trying to make this seem like a genuine and amicable split.
If you really want this to take off, give it another year. Don't make new threads, don't post about it, don't worry about it. Bait threads might pop up again but that's beyond your control. /lig/ and /vsj+/ were largely against /mythic/ initially and splits simply do not work unless they're made by the people wanting to leave. Now that some time has passed it's not a terrible idea to test the waters again, but it still has the same foundational issue; people don't want or have any reason to leave where they are and start using /mythic/. I'm not going to timeloop the "corpo vs talent agency" argument again but you have to consider how other corpo threads function. Despite every corp having members (and their fanbases) that despise eachother, there's still an implied sense of unity. There's collabs, merch, songs, cross promotions with games, etc. No matter how much shit flinging it causes in threads there's still good reason to amalgamate everything in one thread. If a talent gets big enough then sometimes they get their own thread, but that is due to the people wanting to leave and create their own thread.
Mythic is none of those things. They exist to mediate sponsorship opportunities between companies and streamers. There aren't Mythic collabs, merch, events, cross-promotions, or anything of the sort. It's just an umbrella agency that happens to feature a bunch of individual vtubers who don't interact whatsoever, except for the coincidence of some of them knowing eachother for a long time. One of their smaller 3views put it best: Mythic is an email list. Outside of ShyLily and Filian who have acknowledged taking sponsorships at the behest of the company, all Mythic does for the majority of their talent is go "Hey do you want to play this new game for a few hours and we'll take a %?" every once in awhile. I'm not even trying to paint this as a bad thing, that's just something several "members" have said at this point regarding how little interaction they have with any staff Mythic may have.
And that brings us to the main issue. Who is there to talk about? Momo being the OP is a bit foreshadowing. Despite having lots of noteworthy streamers from Twitch under their banner, the most /vt/-relevant streamers they have already have their place on /vt/, (hell the ex-vshojo members have three threads if you count /pmg/) And while thread patriotism leads to plenty of arguments, it brings us back to the main point: you can't make people leave (I know you're not trying to force anyone, but we'll get to that in a second.) No amount of seething in /vsj+/ will convince Veiposters to fully move over to /lig/ and no amount of seething in /lig/ will make /filian/ a reality. What you need to do wait for is the landscape to change. Who knows what things will be like next year? We could reach a point where people are just fed up and tired of the same timeloops about where you should be posting about a certain chuuba. The arguments will never stop in the current threads, but that's not your concern. It's a daily occurence right now, and eventually people might just want to move to a new thread where they can talk about their oshi in peace.
I think there is potential for /mythic/ to work out at some point given the amount of posts about Vei, Silver, Nyan, Filian, Chibi, Saru, Squchan and to a lesser extent Milky and Miyune. But Less than half of those are looking for a new home and exist comfortably in /lig/. Right now /mythic/ still has a reputation for being a bait thread that only exists so people can tell you to use it, rather than actually using it. In time though, who knows? Sperging and meltdowns led to /lig/ being formed, and maybe one day /mythic/ will have enough interest and enough refugees who just want a clean slate to talk about their oshi. For now, the fish only go where the bait is.
