I brought up Luca as an example because his covers that he did do got approved almost instantly, same goes for everyone in luxiem. Literally there are countless examples of the girls talking about how their covers will be fully done and then just permanently put on hold by staff. Pomu, Elira, Rosemi, Reimu, Millie and Finana have all talked about it. Rose Me was literally done before obsydia anniversary but staff wouldn't let her release it for several months after the anniversary. Finanas latest song was done before her two year but she got the song yanked at the last minute and had to wait for two weeks to release it thanks to staff.
Pomu's original song still isn't a thing thanks to staff, Elira got more than one cover yanked at the last minute and Millie has 3 covers waiting on approval and Reimu has had at least two covers fully commissioned and then told she couldn't release.
