That's not how it works. The memes were indeed very shit and cringe, but the streams were good because as usual, the vtubers are the ones who carry streams. Admittedly though the streams DID get worse as time went on, as the memes went from bad to outright time wasting incoherent garbage. But the first handful of streams with JP members were wonderful.

Kind of late to come to that conclusion since everyone thought that even when it was being done. Its existence was for someone to translate an English meme to a Japanese person and their audience to understand and laugh at it.

The big thing that made this series bad is the fact that redditors don't actually watch JP, so they couldn't actually make good memes about most of them since it was just based on weak first impressions and the few clips some of the members had until eventually people just started making the same memes because they knew what type of stuff Coco would put on stream so instead of an actual joke, they'd just use a format she would gravitate to.
