And it's not like the market they are aiming for is completely unthreaded. Suisei exist. Reminder that like these new girls she has no gimmick outside being an idol, her name means comet and that's it. She has a massive fanbase both old and new while barely streaming. She also tops merch and music sales by a margin. It all depends on these girls' personality if they can attract the same kind of fans Suisei ammased. It's a massive risk for sure but it's worth the gamble.
