I am starting to feel like I am willing to forgive Cover over this, and even believe that Coco choose to graduate on her own.

It was clearly because of the way Cover handled the whole Taiwan incident, and so in the grand scheme of things it is their fault, but this month makes it seem like they understand that they are at fault, and instead of just tossing Coco away, they are trying to make up for all the shit they caused her to go through.

That's not quite right though. Cover are letting Coco do what she wants all of a sudden BECAUSE she decided to quit, which they didn't expect. They assumed they could just restrict her creative freedom as much as they wanted and she'd continue to be a passive source of income because they couldn't comprehend someone who makes serious bank for superchats choosing to leave because they value creative freedom over money - when she called their bluff they were taken aback and tried to get her not to announce her plans to the other holomems until much closer to her graduation than she did. It was ultimately the creative differences with management that lead her to leave, and if management changes course, she may return. It's not a bad idea. Coco's reddit review was basically the only regular stream that showcased fan content, and that's over obviously.

I can't finish the MV. It's too painful to watch. She has such a great Idol journey for a person that tried her best to make a joke out of it. I'm an idolfag although I'm not into the whole purity stuff. I am okay with them interacting with dudes. The reason why I am so hooked into idols is because they start out with nothing and train hard to be polished performers. Coco was like that. She overcame herself. It's the journey you take along with them. I am really sad that she's going because I have always seen her as a daughter that is trying her best. When Coco lost her ability to speak and had to rush to the hospital to get her brain checked it should have clued you in on just how bad the pressure can get. Sure, Coco is a special case because of the chink invasion, but it's not the first time a vtuber gets mass harassment online and it's certainly not going to be the last. Just dealing with the everyday hate comments that they come across while ego-searching is already a constant blow on your mental fortitude.

Free chat just got extended to September 30. That place had developed a culture of its own so it's really nice of her to give everyone there some more time.

There’s 0% chance she actually gets a wageslave job again, she always hated having to commute and interact with people and that’s not going to change especially now that she has around 2 million dollars saved if you include memberships, superchat and merch.
Her roommate has 3k memberships, that’s already more than enough to pay all her monthly expenses, hell even half of that is enough.
She’ll do something big soon, who knows what it is, going back to an office job is certainly not one of them.
