Remember, each model is trained on different images and hence can do different poses with varying quality. For example Okayuanon has specifically tested his models and chose the one with the best cake. Find models that you like and perhaps you might go down the model mixing rabbit hole too

Scribble, with the weight at 0.6. Openpose picks up literally nothing, I assume because it doesn't look enough like a real person, but scribble is specifically meant for these sorts of rough black and white drawings. You can actually get fairly detailed/specific with it if you have more artistic skill than I have.
Here's another one, not inpainted or upscaled. You can see it's not always perfect with things like limb placement when the drawing is this crude so sometimes it takes a few rolls to get a proper one

It's definitely quite powerful but personally (and this might just be anecdotal evidence) I find using it makes it harder to get as much detail and variety in clothes, background, etc. So I only really use it when it's important to get a weird pose that would probably never generate properly otherwise.

NTA but I am not sure if it will help 100%, I see a few useless tokens being used (anatomically stuff part don't think those will help and just take up tokens). Keep important near the beginning and less important ones near the end.
Another thing to check is your negative, some of those neg embedding is knows to mess up outputs so start with (low quality, worst quality:1.4) and see what that does to the output.
try some other samplers (DPM++ 2M Karras seems to be popular one for anime). If you are capable try gen'ing at 512/768 or something other than a square
Just my 2 cents not sure if any of this will help could be something more fundamental I'm not seeing.

Yeah, echoing the other anon's points somewhat;
think about your prompt structure, I usually go style/quality -> character -> details, in your example tossing tons of really highly weighted hand tags at the very beginning of the prompt is very likely to cause issues with the rest of the generation
Most anime finetuned models seem to work best in portrait, I'd give that a shot. Using Euler shouldn't be an issue, but going past 30 steps with it is usually just a waste of time
And yeah Loras can have a big effect on your output too
I'd start with some simpler prompts with no loras to see if your settings and model are the issue, then start building the prompt you want and see what starts messing up the outputs

Haven't heard of outpainting in a long while, I would, other than the script that's in SD. Just use photoshop and either crop to that ratio or fill the canvas with random colors and inpaint. Do it before you upscale it will meld better.
