I didn't say Moona never fell flat, but at least she can belt, which requires strength and practice. Risu weirdly can't, which is why she keeps switching between head and chest voice even when it's not fitting. Think of it like somebody who has singing skills but a weak foundation. Others have voices that are perceived as more unique and so those girls are being paraded as "best singers". People don't generally know shit about singing, they just choose by whose voice is more powerful, or more emotional, or more appealing to them, even if they can't get a single note right.
If we're discussing who is THE BEST, I firmly believe we should discuss technical ability, not the fact that her voice touches your soul's strings or some shit like that. As I said IRyS mogs everyone in technical ability, her live singing is almost flawless which can't be said about any other EN. But if we're still talking voices I'd say she has a very unusual voice, I'm convinced people calling it boring and bland are really fucking deaf. Mumei is some of the blandest voices I've ever heard.

Kronii being out of pitch is easy enough to find, you can probably search up her most recent karaoke and pick a random song. I remember tuning into one of her karaoke's once and she was barely above Ame level which surprised me when people had hyped her up.
