I thought Bettel said they knew but weren't 100% sure the dates. I got the vibe that the date confirmation happened while shinri was busy in rust and hakka had no power and that shinri was expecting it being next week instead of this one.

I imagine they were given a general time frame and were waiting on which dates it was but shinri missed the notice cuz he was so busy playing rust.

he was pretty much always playing it that week and got so into it he forgot to record with bettel and bettel had to come to shinri's chat to get his attention,so him missing a message from his manerage that said something a long the lines of "Alright we have the dates confirmed now the dates are the 4th to the 11th" which would very likely be sent an hour or so before the tweet was sent out which is a perfectly normal situation.

I feel bad people were so pissy about what shinri said that he had to say sorry about it,people need to chill man I thought it was funny my legit thought was "Poor man was so distracted he forgot to check his messages" it legit read like the from the beginning.
