I can name you 15 streamers right now (8 partners, 7 affiliates) who all either brag daily about multicasting or actively show their YouTube viewer count with their twitch viewers count.One of these streams an actual employee of Twitch was in chat of one of the partners once (they had a special badge I had never seen before so I looked into and found out more) that streamer still does this everyday so obviously that employee did nothing lol. It's the same thing as sexual content and licensed music. If you don't get caught with your pants down, You're fine. And if you do, just depends on your size and the offense on whether they will ever actually enforce said rules. Some women can flash their tits all day and be fine. 90% of streamers use music they don't own rights to. I would say upwards of 30% multicast and brag via stream graphic daily.
