Everything will change in one way or another, anon. Even if the Holocaust and West Taiwan-East China invasion never happened everything will still change, probably in a way we couldn't comprehend even (Except Ayame rarely streaming I guess, she's been pretty consistent on that since her debut...).
I'm also a bit sad since what made me watch Aqua in the first place was her constant streaming of games and how she's pretty autistic on being competitive in them so less streams do hurt quite a bit. But becoming an idol has always been her dream and being able to accomplish it while she's still this young should be a landmark achievement for herself. So I'm proud of her and hope she could continue on becoming the ideal idol she always dreamed of.

Unfortunately I only used Amiami. They do a very good job packing and shipping though it is a bit pricey because it comes directly from Japan.
Goodsmile US is basically a stateside warehouse for Goodsmile products. You'll likely get them faster, but you're at the mercy of whoever decides to pack your package at that warehouse.
From what I've heard Goodsmile Global takes better care of your packagaes but because they use international shipping, you'll get it later. Shipping times are still not great because of the pandemic.

Subaru is the same. She has Vark. Part of NegiU. Getting sponsorships. I think Nene is the same as well. Suisei as well. They are getting more chances now to do VA work and music recordings. Along with making their own original songs. Marine just finished a concert. Has another one. I won't be surprised if another member suddenly announces that they will have a concert scheduled for the next coming weeks. A lot of the 1M members are getting a lot of focus.
