It really depends on the issue, how receptive you are to therapy, how good the therapist is, not just how good they are in general but how good they are with working with you as an individual, it could even take time shopping for different therapists until you can find one that works for you.
And maybe there was something like that going on, we did get I think the longest burst of streams we've gotten in a while, but she did eventually relapse. So who knows.
Working on some, much bigger issue than like, anxiety that may exist could take years and medication to manage though, we really have no idea what exactly might be wrong with her, we can only speculate.

I brought up mori just because she was the first one to come to mind when I thought of who puts out a lot of stuff while also streaming a lot.
I'm sure there are a ton of examples from other girls who I don't pay any attention to, Gura is the only holo I watch stream and I just keep tabs on the other myth girls sometimes.
