Calling them twins is weird because they are actually just two out of a set of quintuplets. There are three other dogs out there.

Best to make you own deck and put full sentences in along with words you don't know. In the beginning you'll have multiple unknown words.

Eventually you can aim for +1, meaning you make a card with 1 word you don't know while including the full sentence.

The next step is optional but you can eventually make cards that uses J-J definition. So every card only has Japanese on it including the meaning of the unknown word.

Spammed that for about 1 year, and N2 will be within reach.

I'm sure the answer varies person to person, at least for me and the ones I like to watch my ranking from easy to hard went like this:
Suisei > Miko > Marine

In the easiest case suisei is like at least N3 to enjoy and understand the stream, her enunciation is clear and she doesn't talk fast, doesn't use that many hard words or internet lingo/japanese obscure terms. On the other extreme marine talks fast and usually about specific subjects.

For N4, N5 friendly ones I would suggest maybe some holo members that react to content rather than strike up a conversation? Korone, etc.

I personally feel like type of content is much more important than talking speed or anything else. If you're just starting, watching a zatsudan will be pure gibberish no matter which chuuba you pick. But you can go with Marine playing a game and the context will do a lot of heavy lifting.
