I think your concerns are valid, and they come from a good place of wanting to see Neuro, and maybe even Vedal, succeed.
He's done a lot of things right to get to where he is so quickly, but I don't think he has a swimming pool of money yet, or enough that he wouldn't need a proper job if people got tired of Neuro.
I'd say he's at that awkward stage where the needs of the channel, and the opportunities, are too big for one person to manage, and he's never thought about how he could run an actual company.
Quitting university was a big and risky move, and he has been investing in R&D and external services, so he's not completely clueless that it takes money to make money, but he really needs to talk to someone who has started their own company and has hired senior positions, so he can get the right sort of mindset for how to keep riding this wave without getting burned out.
