They're the only place that will actually prescribe meds other than antidepressants. Probably would have dropped out of college or became an hero if I didn't see my good psychologist. She's kept me on the straight and narrow for almost a decade and now I'm doing very well overall. Worth the $350 checkups every 6-12 months, especially since I would have a nightmare getting prescribed the stuff I need anywhere else.

Odds of somehow getting her into a public gym is probably 0. Also need to remember that Pippa is not only woman-strength, but sickly-strength as well, weight training will be a big skill and learning curve.
