Lower than that. The old statistic everyone goes by is the rule of double 7's. if you consistently have 7 viewers on your stream, then you're in the top 7% of all streamers. Most of the remaining 93% are streaming to 0 or 1 person. It takes a consistent 50 ccv to get into the top 1%

If you're not a big, big streamer, you won't make that much money from streaming itself. Only the top 0.5% or so (across all streamers not just vtubers) see big bucks from streams. Everyone else has to get most of their money from sponsorships and merch. Corpos help with both.
