I'd say SEA and LATAM are the same, Toei realized LATAM has their second biggest market behind Japan and recently launched a shit ton of merch expansions to Latin America because people there would rather get Dragon Ball and Saint Seiya merch or a Kamen Rider Belt and not eat for a month.
SEA would do the same but would spend it on Kobo merch instead.
