First 3 are great imo as the mixing actually has Wawa at a listenable level and not drowned out by the beat. Love Rush isn't great / not my taste but has a soft spot since it's basically about KFP. Pineapple is just too sweet for me, and has her singing at the most high pitch over the rest of the songs. I also think the mixing is shit. Hopefully they grow on me, and they will probably sound way better live / when she does karaoke as they usually do.

I get the feeling that the choreo for Sleep Talking will be really fun and sexy

deadbeat here to give you my honest thoughts on Kiara's album
Overall its pretty solid and catchy, Kiara outdid herself and should be proud, a little nitpick of mine is that her released singles save Do U and Sparks doesnt fit in my opinion, but then again Mori did Unalive so who am I to talk about lmao
Retrospective and Great Pretender are my favourites and I will add them to my rotation, I love meaningful songs like those.
Pineapple is fun but I dont vibe with her pop style too much, Sleep Talk I am still undecided if I like it a lot or if its just something I wouldnt mind listening again if it appears.
Sorry but I dont really like Love Rush but it feels directed to you KFP, so if you like it, all good!

Don't get me wrong, Pineapple catchy as hell, and I absolutely get why dance songs should get MVs. But god damn the other songs demand attention in a different way.

I liked Love Rush btw and Heart Challenger is still one my favorite EN songs but I do love the shift for the Retro and Waderer. I hope to god it sells well. It'll be interesting to see what genres she'll tackle after this. TGW and Retrospective will clearly be the ones with highest praise so I'd expect more of those. She likes doing idol pop but gets it will never be her most popular. I could see Pineapple being more popular than the response here so more "fun" songs. Sleep Talk will probably get left out of discussion a lot being the most okay new track, which is kind of a shame.

I'd quite like her to do an EP full of moody songs. Dark Pop not full on emo. Especially if she uses her deeper voice.

Yeah, you can't defend pineapple. It's the trashiest of pop. It's like someone compiled all the things I hate about pop and made a song with it. Add to that Kiara attempting to do her cutsey voice (which kinda works in LR) and imo is actually the worst hololive song to date.
The rest of the album will be on repeat for sure (except heart challenger, I don't like that one too much either.).
