I honestly don't care about em personally. I just watch to be entertained, anime girl playing vijigem sounds fun hypothetically. Then they start being real life women and I realize that animes only work because men are the ones writing the dialogue.

I watched Gura cause she was funny and I liked her PL content, freaked out when I heard her voice during debut, but the constant ghosting has made it hard to support her, so I un membered a while back, and was hoping this recent come back would stick, but here we are.

The chuuba first and foremost, but also sticking to Hololive, everything outside of it just looks like a shithole. Whores and roasties not even trying to act like anime girls, thinking putting on an anime avatar is all you have to do to be a proper vtuber. Only Hololive with some few exceptions do it right.

I watch like only one non-Holo chuuba, and it's simply because the company matters as much as the chuuba sometimes. In Holo there are interactions with the other girls, who are almost all top-tier, good designs often guaranteed because of the artists collaborating with the company, a guaranteed audience so that the chuuba can be comfortable economically, concerts and other types of events which bring more diversity to the content, and often more covers and orisongs with great producers, also allowing albums and EPs to be made with a lot of support.
Basically, there are great chuubas outside of Holo of course, but it will always be better for me to see them in Holo. The blue dorito is somewhat of a seal of quality, both for the chuuba and the viewer.

The company matter for how much support they can give to nuture the talent. Shit talent can change to a good content creator when handled by a good hand while good talent can change to a shit content creator when handled by a bad hand.
