That's unfortunately something you'll have to find out on your own since you know yourself best and what trope you might fit into. The model is usually dependent on the voice so if you have a deep voice, go more handsome. If you have a cute voice, go more for a pretty model with long hair or a younger look. If you don't know what trope you fit into, you can always stay safe by commissioning a generic ikemen model or find one of those free ones on a vtuber model website.
