Noctyx are the suicidal wave and Niji is literally their one miracle in life so I do think they're going to stay for the long haul. Ren will probably stay for his music, Aster? Kyo is the one I feel is most likely to leave. Ver would probably stay and treat it as a side gig, Doppi and Hex I'm not sure. Kris is too early to tell.

too hard to say ....i think even if the vtubing part is fine for the boys it's more the fact they're in a company. even in a place you're happy with you can get to the point you're ready to move on and try something new. some might have greater aspirations than nijisanji, some might be happy where they're at and could do it the next 5 years, others might start to treat it as a side gig instead of their main income, personal situations can always pop up, others might want to just stop streaming at some point or feel stagnant career wise.

yeah, I think it provided good closure. at least for me. there's some regrets, but it can't be helped now. just know he had a good graduation and it was very warm. keep some tissues and water handy, there's probably 3-4 really big points where the waterworks will start. from someone who has him as a kamioshi, I don't think I cried nearly as much/hard at the end than I did for nina. it was a bit of a different vibe. and I think this month long dream with him helped.

Fatamoru time. One last time for a long long while, time to make like a Giselle and wait for a thousand years. But before that I'm going to cry and sob and weep today... I hope he has fun seeing the conclusion to this long journey. And I have to mention the kanemune commission!!!!!! That's so cool. The art is gorgeous as always, the overgrown rose marble gazebo is so dreamy... They drew the manga adaptation and I really like how they did most of the art for it, the covers have been my phone wallpapers for over a year before. I'll make this art one as well, to commemorate, so thank you so much Fuuchan, this is an amazing gift. And the Yukimeowmeow as Fuuchan too, that's so fucking cool (as they said. they said his voice was so cool they sketched it, how fucking cool is that, Fuuchan is so cool).
