Take a moment and think about what it took for them to bitch out of hololive (assuming this isn't just a cover-up for a termination, of course).
>had to be enough of an entitled diva to ragequit over what are undoubtedly trivial contract issues such as "me not getting paid enough for my liking despite the fact that I'm a 3view", something NOBODY else in the history of this corp has ever quit over

No, Americans promote a culture of freelancing and entrepreneurship. If things are bad, the right thing to do is to quit and find a better job because that's what freedom means to Americans. This is a double edge sword because although you are free to quit for whatever reason, employers are also free to fire you for whatever reason. Americans value freedom over stability. Japanese, on the other hand, promote a culture of loyalty and bureaucracy, so they tend to never quit or even fire their bad employees. You're expected to get a job after college and work that job until you're too old and retire. If you start underperforming, you'll get demoted and put to the corner to do nothing but never fired. That's why there are plenty of Holos who don't really bring any value to the company but will never graduate. That's just how the Japanese work culture goes.

>2Dlive model that make devianart fanart look good in comparative.
The models were fine. I don't understand why people talk about them like they were hideous. Anyway a model doesn't really matter in the long run if you have a good personality. Look at Gura and her romboid face with lazy eyes.
>Treated like 3rd class humans, were they couldn't interact with females or people outside their company
They both had the most mixed collabs in the company. Plus even it if were true nobody stopped them from hanging out with girls outside working hours. Magni still hung around with his Twitch ethots all the time.
>Little to zero support from the company, any error was your fault, any benefit was for the company
They both had redesigns. Vesper had a major rework.
>HATED to the core by the hololive fanbase to the point they harass you everyday without stop
Hated because of their actions. Nobody hates Shinri or Astel.
>Your female coworkers treat you like the plague and some are outspoken about it and feel proud about treating you like shit
They both had several girl friends in the corpo. The latter part of your sentence is total made up schizo shit.
>Any project or idea that you have, has to be revisioned by the Japan headquarters, which take weeks and even months
When you join a JP company you shouldn't be surprised that they work like a JP company. Plus, again, nobody stopped them from soing projects outside Holo.
>You have to work in japanese hours, because your manager refuse to work at american hours
Not true according to all the other Tempus having no problems with management.
>Can't speak japanese so management have clear bias with the streamers

Saying that it’s a shit treatment is a stretch. Yagoo rolled out the gold carpet for them, the Live2D models were rough but it’s something that can improve over time, they need to show that they’re worth investing in. And it’s not that there weren’t girls that hated them, Kronii/Bae/Mori interacted with them, same with the IDs when they did not have to. Yagoo also did NOT have to support them but he did, they got faster redesigns/Live2D updates than IRyS did, the company went out of their way to help, and they streamed plenty in reasonable hours like PST.
The problem is that Magni and Vesper were way too entitled compared to the other members. This isn’t a black company like WACTOR or NijiEN, Cover tried to help them out only to be bitten in response.

This is the reason they're gone and it's because they DID give a shit about it. No other wacky theory makes sense like criminal/nda/termination stuff because cover would likely have to disclose something illegal happened instead of just say graduation. Contract negotiations also don't make sense since they happen way before the anniversary.
>be magni
>hate your model so much
>finally get a 1.5 update
>vesper tells you he's getting an update too
>yippie, cause both of you were made fun of on debut but mostly magni
>magni shows his "1.5" which is more like a 1.1 update
>no rage YET because magni figures it's how vesper will look, a slight update
>vesper shows his 2.0 which is more of a 3.0 update
>magni goes oh hell naw that's discrimination or some shit
>vesper stands in solidarity saying magni was short changed again
>both whine like little bitches saying fix magni or else
>cover goes k bye
When magni revealed his model he got real serious out of nowhere going "I really REALLY had to fight for this guys" and said something to the effect of how cover didn't get what was wrong with his original model, so this model update was likely a huge favor to them.

My rrat is that Magni and Vesper's model updates actually have a budget system like the debut, and they have to cover the rest of the expenses. Vesper uses 2.0 because he is a big spender (like he did on an expensive drawing tablet). But when they submit the invoice to Cover, they are given very little funds, which leads them to go on strike and graduate.

Bro this guy made up his entire life to the point where we basically know absolutely nothing about the real Vesper.
He would spend hours reading greentext text stories he made up about himself, and you would notice he was reading a script because the few times he streamed videogames, he would be extremely quiet, often going 20 minutes in a row without saying a single word.

We didn't even know that he was in Japan until Axel mentioned it, even the other holostars had no idea and he also made excuses to dodge meeting them.

Also, that time he made a 'eating moldy burgers' where the burgers where not moldy at all and he pretended to be suffering the effects instantly with porn acting.

Or all those times he said that he worked on IT, only to do a computer building stream with Magni where he revealed himself to be clueless.

And many more like that, he was completely full of shit all the way to his suspension.
