Yes and it's a pain having to explain what a vtuber is, what Hololive is, what do vtubers do, play, sing, how they work, etc.
Because of that I'm limiting myself to the amount of people I talk about vtubers to, for the most part they're curious and amazed at the tech (despite the concept of motion and face capturing services/products being actually pretty old)
I've also told my mom about them, and thinks I watch a single one... it's not like Coco and Luna have similar voices lmao

I talk about v-tubers with my millennial friends (or well one of them) all the time. The only Zoomers I know are my students and outside of visiting me during my office hours the week before finals to ask how they can bring their F up to a passing grade, I never have any one on one conversations with them if I can avoid it.

I like to talk about VTubers and send VTuber stuff to my friend who isn’t very interested in them.
I wonder if I bother him sometimes with it, but he talks about interests I have no interest in too so it’s probably alright
