The ones I've seen are indie and mainly stream on twitch. They're small but they seem really nice and they make cute art and content. They also don't mention politics at all and actually stream but people who think that black people only ever talk about race has never spoken to or heard a black person talk outside of twitter.

There probably will be at least one or 2 in Hololive or Nijisanji EN's later Gens. They're mostly pulling from Americans, and unless they're specifically avoiding it (which they have no reason to do, despite what some Anons will tell you) it'll happen. Although their Live2D may or may not reflect that.
