Not only funding, but also some guidance on how to look for sponsorships, reviewing the talents' ideas so they can have a lead on how should the talents go with it (would even put it as performance index so the talents aren't fixated on blindly numberfagging by only looking at the analytics) (case on point: perfume project), and not forcing some streaming hours quota, afaik.

You have to understand that Indonesia is poorer than Thailand and has more difficult geography and complicated political system than Vietnam.
Thailand is a few years ahead of Indonesia in development and their digital market also a few years ahead of Indonesia.
Vietnam has a way easier geography than Indonesia. Hanoi to Saigon is almost as far as Jakarta to Surabaya. Their infrastrucure building cost is way cheaper than Indo and because of that their internet penetration can be deeper because data packages are cheap.

I'd say just you wait for a few years, maybe 3-5 years. Indonesia can't compete with Thailand now in per capita income, and also can't compete with Vietnam in logistical efficiency. But the gap will be closer the richer average Indonesian are. Be patient.
