pomudachi here. the problem is that if you get all your info from catalog then yeah, you won't see much of that. if you actually visit /nijiEN/ there actually is a good amount of shitting on management, because it's their oshis that are getting fucked over by it. why did management shut down X's project, why didn't they support Y, where is obsydia's 3D, whatever rrat there was about nina's terraria server, etc. but anti-niji shit on the catalog is usually bait which is oftentimes inaccurate or outdated, so the defense force flocks in.
I'm not gonna pretend like we don't have bootlickers, the JP fans are especially annoying about this shit. But most people who have supported an oshi in niji for long enough are pissed at management because there's a really high chance their oshi got fucked over by them for some reason or another. You just don't tend to see it because there's no reason to leave the general most of the time
