There's nothing that could be done that wouldn't take at least half a decade if not longer. You'd have to start with trimming a lot of the fat that has been allowed in the company but doing so would only make everyone hate the company more so they need to quit on their own.

It seems that NijiJP thrives on collabs and events. Stuff like concerts, hangouts, big gaming events. The mixed gender shit also seems common in the Japanese branch, so the Holohomos whining about it are just screaming at the air.

It seems there was two major failures. First, there was the concert announcement and cancelation, which probably killed morale. Second, managers allowed streams and conduct that was later harshly punished.

So there should be more big events and collabs. The idea of a big happy family is important to the Nijisanji brand, and the co-workers should actually like each other, or at least try to look the part.

It's necessary to be more professional, and management should be more clear about what kind of content is disallowed. The end result should be that management becomes less harsh and restrictive, as talent shouldn't be blamed for the negligence of bad managers.

Then work directly with the brands. Sony are invested in Nijisanji and also own Crunchyroll and Playstation. So find ways to get underhanded deals for content. For example, get permission for anime/movie reaction streams on YouTube.

Embrace the black company. Whore out the talents. 500 bucks to run a train on finana during a "meet" and "greet" . Free if you're a virgin.
