-Civilization skill gains the effect of History skill, to a lesser degree.

-True Horror no longer deletes drops, and gains a new effect which grants a Haste buff to Mumei.

I'm generally supportive of this. Mumei is less powerful but she no longer has two completely passive attack buff skills, her special is no longer detrimental, and she's more interesting to play. Plenty of collabs have also been changed, mostly nerfs to the good ones, but absolute wall is no longer completely useless since it can block projectiles.

I just beat Stage 4 with Mumei and Halu Lv.5 (maxed it out by third minute or so) while dying on 6th minute of Hard Stage 3
Collabs were nerfed hard (I think Flattening Board is finally not worth it - it was OP since the very first version of the game), there were fuckall new stats in shop to buy this time (only base weapon upgrade IIRC) and overall higher stage means higher raw stats for enemies. I was on the verge of dying for the last 2 minutes thanks to penguins being fat as trucks and hitting like trucks with their projectiles.
Also dakimakura was nerfed while Noel's breastplate was buffed, so I take it that breastplate is the meta for this patch now (25% damage reduction + damage reflect).

Well, I yried the Holo House stuff for about 10 minutes and I got so frustrated at the fishing mini-game that I probably won't touch that whole section ever again. Seem like the game doesn't even recognize my button presses at least half of the time. I can't find any enjoyment from that game, so I'm not going to waste my time anymore. I'll just stick to the main game.
