First do self-advertisement on twitter and reddit, mainly twitter. Or totally stay away from that cancer and try to catch viewers with guerilla streaming, who will check you out randomly and maybe stick with you and do advertisement for you for free. You would like to use twitch first until about some several hundred followers up to thousands, then you want to do start a real YouTube channel and get all your twitch followers to subscribe. Then you should look into a proper debut and maybe an updated avatar or new outfits. From that point you can decide if you want to stay on Youtube or focus yourself on twitch.

I just looked at your channel and the art kinda sucks to be honest, look at other vtubers and try to mimick what they do in their thumbnails/cover page (Okayu is a good example), because that is what will make people even click on your video. The holos do voice practice, singing lessons, they do their thumbnails and prepare the scripts for everything, it's hard work but it makes them sucessful, you should do no less than that and even do more because you are independent.

i can self promote really well. my college really supports their own youtubers so if I release videos for the college I can hit it off. i also know that the kpop youtube community is stale. it only uses robot voices or straight up reaction channels. the community, despite kpop's dominance of youtube, is extremely niche low compared to anime, marvel, etc. even western pop commentators have more traction. i will stick out in a small community. i am applying for hololive en if that works out

If you're going to make pre-recorded content, while you wait for an actual microphone you can use your phone and it'll be 100% better than any headphone/laptop microphone.
Get inside a closet, or in a small room with blankets on the walls and record with your phone's default recording application, not directly into it because the audio will peak, but maybe 30-40 cm away from it.
Make sure to enunciate properly too, that's even more important than audio quality anyways.
You can record the video separately, maybe lip-sync your own recording while using your model.

Personally, I'd suggest, rather than changing your voice, you take advantage of the deeper voice. Go for sultry, it sells, with a strong niche market, and lets you feel a bit less vulnerable. All right, here's some sincere feedback since most people on 4chan are going to project the bitterness of their own failures on each other.

- Your mic seems to be holding you back. Try to improve your equipment. There are things you can do for free to help with sound quality like move your mic close and try and reduce how much open space is around you when you record.
- Work on your character voice. Seems female English speaking Vtubers all sound fairly similar, practicing a voice you like will help you get into character, understand your character and stand out. Try voices that feel comfortable enough you can do it for hours.
- Make the content you enjoy, even better if not a lot of people are already doing that thing too. If you enjoy making it, it will be easier to do it in the long run.
- Ask yourself why you want to do this. Do you want this to become something big? You're going to have to work at it. Are you doing it for fun? Just go as you please then.

I'm listening on my phone but it sounds like you hold your breath and move your head around a lot when you talk. Keep a consistent distance from the mic and remember to breathe. There's also a lot of reverb in your room which makes your voice sound pretty muddy. The blankets will help with that.
As far as content goes, you just need to be likeable.
