Roberu and Kaoru would've gotten 3D models all the way back in September and would've been doing 3D collabs together with every vtuber in the market just like they were in 2D.

He seemed like a big enough chad to be the first to 100,000 months before roberu and have enough balls to ask for collabs with the girls and possibly even have a few be willing to go forward with a collab. General coping would be the already used, "th-they didn't know he wasn't a girl!". Harrasment may have been to much for the girls that dare do a collab with him and they may apologize and never do a male collab again, or they take the fubuki/matsuri route (doubtful when have a taste of that unicorn money). Overall though holostars may have been in a better place by now, but as it stands they've recovered from losing him and seem to be on a similar trajectory to when he was gaining popularity.
Non of that happened because he got Miko pregnant.
